flash is activated but not detected real IP, why?

I'm not using proxy but after decloaking test real IP still not dected by flash, only with WMP, why?
Also what if my browser also uses Unity and "OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems" plugins, they are not in the list?!
